Source: Hasselbaink To Make Dramatic Return To Boro

This is very good news. Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink was released by Charlton for 'financial reasons' at the end of last season.

I have just been told that he is about to rejoin Boro.

The deal should be completed early next week.

I wouldn't want him back at the boro, he's too old and would cost us too much to have him sitting on the bench.

I like Hasselbaink from our ueafa cup seasons... he can be a quality player..but what a back step that would be, should be looking to the future..and he was shite at Charlton
