Wasn't really Boro's fault it's gone on this long. Anyway, nout to worry about. Anthony Vickers has said this in his blog today:

They add that the work permit appeal is set for 2.30pm in London. And that, as yet, no fee has been agreed with Heerenveen. A couple of million quid either way could come down to who blinks first.
