I know but you have been found guilty. Now your appealing, so you shouldn't be allowed to buy until the results of the Appeal are known. Bet there was all sorts of backhanders going on to get their decision.

Ridiculous. Chelsea get away with murder; the amount of transfer embargos they've been involved in and come away free is unbelievable. You just can't touch them.

i have to say that everyone keeps saying how it all cheslea breaking rules and fair enough and that its just because it cheslea that the ban has bensuspended, do you think man united or barcelona or real madrid would not have gotten a similar verdict from a court...course they would.

Also the reason that pompey have a ban in place is because they may not tap player up but they try to get awya with paying for them period and aremaking out that they are being so hard done by but its their own fault.

chelsea may still get the ban and it may be longer but they were not the only cluv accused of strealing young players.

Shouldn't have said they were guilty because they haven't been found guilty, but it's a similar case to Chelsea's.

There wasn't any evidence of it though and it was a first 'offence'. Chelsea however, have been found guilty on a number of cases. For example, Kakuta, the Leeds players, the Boro player.

Were they warned about the other cases though, I thought they were legal, can't remember. Thought the 'ban' was for the Kakuta case alone.

Yes it was but they're serial offenders. They've been investigated a number of times but nothing's ever been done despite the victimised clubs having irrefutable evidence. Usually they get told to compensate a few thousands pounds or in their case a few pennies.
