Bristol Rovers goalkeeper Steve Phillips has been placed on the transfer list at his own request.
Rovers first-team coach Paul Trollope said: "He came back from Turkey and that deal didn't go through.
"That situation escalated into Stevie asking if he was free to go if someone came in for him and we agreed to that."
The 31-year-old was the first-choice keeper last season and has made 165 appearances since joining Rovers back in 2006. BBCSPORT
