So the owner picks him up & shows him the horses eyes. "Nithe Eyeth" Said the dwarf "Can I thee her teeth?"again the owner picks up the dwarf & shows him her teeth. "Nithe Teeth, Can I thee her twot?" The owner picks up the dwarf & rams his head into the Mares Fanny & pulls it out after a few seconds. " I will weefwaze that, can I thee her wun awound?"

I've just looked in my Collins Dictionary of Lisps and the correct spelling for rephrase is weefraith.
I mean, if your gonna tell a joke about someone with a lisp, you gotta get it right, right?
