As for having a go at people for listening to depressing music and self-harming... Self-harming isn't what people have a go at them for. As for the music, people can listen to what kind of music they want it. It's just rather lame when groups of cronic manics feel the need to group together to make themselves even more depressed than they already are. There's real people with ilnesses and problems that make them self harm. Society doesn't need the muppets that are EMO faking it to add to the problems as well. That's why they get the piss took out of them - cos they ask for it.

They're not EMO as in emotional at all - they just want to be. And you'll find that most EMO's are from the age of 12-20, who generally haven't even had enough life experience to even understand the real concept of depression and illnesses of that sort.

Another thing, people who are really depressed and suffering with mental illnesses like that tend to be really ashamed and withdrawn, EMO's put it out there like it's something to be proud of.

I only have one thing to say to EMO's... I don't believe in Karma, but if you're that sad and PATHETIC! to WANT to be depressed, then I hope to god that Karma comes round and bites you right on the arse and gives you exactly what you ask for, cos people I know have actually had to go through depression and mental illnesses like that, and it's not something to be all out there about as though it's an achievement. a lot of 'real' emo kids do seek help, or are too afraid to. self confidence is a bitch sometimes. and the whole 'take the piss out of them' doesnt help.
