    Any medics in the house?!

In need of some friendly advice .

Every day I wake up and go about my daily routine absolutely exhausted, if I'm up during the week at early hours I can barely keep my eyes open after lunchtime and when I come home I'm in desperate need of sleep. Even on weekends when I get around 12 hours of it, I'm still exhausted by the night.

In the week I probably get between 7-9 hours depending what mood I'm in. But no matter how long, whether it be 4 or 12, I still wake up exhausted and end up the same way and I have no idea what it is.

I had a blood test for anemia but it came back negative so I'm not sure what it is. If it's any help, it's been the same since the summer where I tried a few stay-awakathons which sometimes lasted days. However I don't see what relevance it has because your body clears up after you finally sleep.

    Any ideas?

Chronic tiredness is often a sign of iron deficiency. Change your diet so you get more iron with foods like beef, beans, eggs and even red wine helps.

You could try exercising before you go to sleep as well. I know it sounds stupid if you're exhausted but exercising before you go to sleep makes you sleep deeper so you might be more refreshed when you wake up.
The voices in my head say you're crazy

Bingo, I'd be 85% certain it'll be this.
