Tottenham still hold the ambition of a top-half finish, but they must win their last two games (at the Madejski and home to Liverpool), and hope that West Ham pick up no more than one point from their final two fixtures (away to Manchester United, and home Aston Villa).

A draw looks likely.

Could see Reading edging this one. No-one near the bottom are going to give up three points without a battle royal at this stage of the season. I'm going to risk my credits on a Reading win.

I think Tottenham will have to much for Reading to handle. If it had been earlier in the season, I would have said a draw.

We have played some absolutely stunning football, should be 2-0 but a fine goal struck off for nothing.

Giving them a mauling, Robbie Keane in particular, could have scored 3 or 4 but will settle for 1-0 at half time.

Football's a game of two halves. Still only one goal in it.

Good game, we again faded in the second half, mainly because Keane was again subbed. But fair one, he did look tired.

Keane, Bent, Jenas, Malbranque and Woodgate all stand out today, Bent very unlucky with the shot coming off the inside of the post

Good saves from Cerny, the one from Rosenoir in particular, brilliant.

All in all, we deserved to win, and have more or less sent Reading down now.
