Do they want to be Tottenham Hotspur North or something?

Tainio is the only one confirmed so far, http://www.safc.com/news/?page_id=15265

Very good signing indeed, I always rated Tainio and don't understand why he wasn't given more opportunities really.

Are they any good? I don't really look into other people not involved with Middlesbrough except the high profile ones which we all know, like Ronaldo ect.

I've always rated him. Good utility player, can play almost anywhere.

They will both make Sunderland much stronger, that's for sure. Chimbonda is a very good defender but a bit of a mercenary.

Tainio gives his all for who ever he plays and I think he's incredibly good.

Shame too see them leave, but in Ramos we trust.

And an avid Spurs fan, it's tough to see him in a Sunderland shirt, and he probably feels the same way.

I know, I don't understand it either but we are beginning to get over-crowded with midfielders. Do you think Ramos will play 4-5-1 this season?

There's so many possibilities, I reckon 4-5-1 is one he could be trying. Although during our 2 friendlies so far he has fielded a 4-4-2 both times, I reckon different formations may be tried soon.

What do you think about Berbatov and Keane? Haven't heard your reaction to all this yet

I've always said if a player WANTS to leave Tottenham, then let him fooking go. I don't blame a player if he wants more money or better opportunities but if you're heart ain't with Tottenham, then fook off!

Agreed, but I do feel anger when I hear Keane wants off, which he does. It's a shame because if he had never of said "I want to hang my boots up here" I wouldn't have had such a problem with it.

£50 million for the pair and we are laughing!

If we only get two or three of the players we've been linked with I'll be happy.

Chimbonda now confirmed. Good money in, should help us finance the fee for Bentley then.
