Newcastle Owen Vows To Shoot the toon To Safety

The diminutive striker still has faith in his ability to rise to the occasion

i am sorry mate but i dont but hey prove me wrong and all the critics

Let me guess the reason for owens poor performances that he is still recovering from injury after 9 games pundits and the biggest deluded fan Shearer likes to bring up time after time. excuse after excuse for this second rate striker i am just stating my opinion if the truth hurts tough

You're looking at another defeat away to Liverpool on Sunday. Times running out mate and like you said, something should have been done in January.

As long as he keeps fit and doesn't get injured, I think owen has at least another season in top-class football. He's only 29.

It's hard to say whether he's not as good as he was or just not geting enough chances to score. I think that might be the case myself.

Michael Owen remains confident he can fire Newcastle to safety, but only if he receives the right kind of service.
