Vieira looking across the pond

Inter Milan midfielder Patrick Vieira looks set to join the likes of David Beckham stateside at the end of the current season.
The 33-year-old spent nine seasons at Arsenal before making the switch to Juventus in Serie A back in 2005.

Inter then stepped in to acquire the French international star a year later but his time at the San Siro has been blighted by injury.

The Senegalese-born schemer's contract runs out in the summer of 2010 and he has made it clear that his time in Europe is nearly up and a season or two in MLS seems on the cards.
