Does Capello need English lessons?

Though I would prefer an English international manager I'm all in favour of it being done by a foreign manager as long as their good enough for the job. Along with the poor results, one thing that's getting to me is Capello's poor ability to speak English. He's been the manager for a good few years now, surely you'd think he'd be able to speak a sentence without all the umm and arr's?

The team/squad we have isn't great and hasn't been for a while. Despite what the press might tell us we're actually not that good, and although we have some decent players we have got few if any world class players. In saying all that though Fabio Capello's lack of tactical knowledge, and his inability to man manage is quite staggering to me. His lack of being able to speak English is just another thing to add to the mix.

Terry Rio Lescott Upson even carragher who would pplay if giving another chance, With Cole left Johnson Right, Baines braking though at last for england, is a strong defense!

Midfield is just unreal, You have pace in Walcott Downing and Young, then have the more experanced players like Lampard Gerrard Parker and coming though Wilshere again a good enough midfield to win any game!

And upfrunt Rooney and laugh if you want big Crouch who's international games to goal record isn't too bad, and Bent coming though who i think is a goal scorer and will score goals, Carrol coming though looks like he is going to be some player, Your team is good enough to beat teams like Swizerland, and compete in world cups, simples,
