RANGERS boss Ally McCoist has ruled out an Ibrox return for Kris Boyd. McCoist dismissed reports which had been circulating in Scotland that the Boro striker would be returning to his previous club this summer.
McCoist said: “It’s not something we have spoken about to be honest.”
At the same time McCoist is on the look out for someone to lead his attack next season.
He has already had an offer turned down for Dundee United striker David Goodwillie, who is also interesting Cardiff City.
McCoist has lost out to Cardiff on another Dundee United target in Craig Conway.
