Had to agree with the chappy on Sky Sports earlier tonight, saying that SPL clubs are an embarrassment to the country, and its only gonna get worse in the future. Celtic's away form is shocking i didnt realise it was that bad to be fair, their end up losing more places for Europe surely?..

It does seem like Scottish domestic Football has fallen a peg in recent years. The plus side is that it makes the league more even. I'm not sure that Celtic or Rangers are all that worried if their knocked out of European competition. The investment also isn't there like it is in many of the other leagues.
They should lose some places in Europe if this happens next year, usually they have some teams through from the qualifiers. There just isn't any investment in the spl, and with piss poor crowds, investment is the only way they will be able to bring in better players.
