Must be very difficult to except that its over though, Del Piero is going to bow out a hero and a great player like Pires should as well but its not worked out like that for him as he moved around to much.

nah man, doubt it... MLS is moving on quite rapidly from the days of washed up European players being able to come over here and walk all over the league. There are some good players and teams here now, and Pires would struggle mightily to handle the pace and physicality of MLS these days. imo, he'd be a very ineffective player here, and would be a waste of money for anyone who bought him.Originally Posted by Red Devil 81
