    Wayne Rooney Euro 2012 ban reduced to two matches

    England striker Wayne Rooney's ban for the Euro 2012 Championship has been reduced to two matches from three after an appeal to Uefa in Switzerland.

    BBC Sport - Wayne Rooney Euro 2012 ban reduced to two matches

    =====================

    So now we know the FA condone kicking opponents violently so long as you say 'sorry'.

    Also Shrek will now be available to play in Euro 2012, was hoping he'd stay at home! The way he's been playing he'll not make the first team anyway!

    Keep him at home fresh for the new season. Welbeck and Sturridge would make an excellent pair imo.

    Will Spain leave Fernando Torres at home?
    My old man said to me "be an Ars*nal fan" I said "fuck off, bollocks, you're a cunt" we took the North Bank in half a minute, we took the Shelf with the Chelsea in it, we hammered the hammers with carving knives and spanners, we taught the Millwall how to fight so I'll never be a gunner, every cunt is a runner, that's what I told my old man.

    I'd rather he stayed at home. I don't give a flying fuck about England and he'd be fit for the new season.

    It's funny really, the FA don't hesitate to ban Rooney when he "swore down a TV camera", but when he does something to which his absence would not benefit them, they appeal it. No interest in an appeal when they don't care.

    I doubt it, but i doubt he will be a regular starter, the other Spanish strikers are scoring with ease..

    BBC SPORT | Football | My Club | Middlesbrough | Gibson rages at FA over appeal

    double standards from the FA blatantly. Boro got an extra days ban after we appealed against a 3 match ban as it was classed as being "frivolous". Obviously kicking a player full on isn't as bad as a little slap!

    I know it was FIFA who gave the ban and the FA who were appealing but still, they make a joke out of themselves. Corrupt bastards!

    I was against the appeal simply on the basis that if Rooney did that in the Premier League, the FA would give him a 3 match ban and no-one would ask any questions.

    Yeah thats where the anger is coming, from people such as managers and fans! I'd personally leave the thug at home.
