You will then need two other things.
A newsgroup account such as Giganews.com
Usenet Newsgroups Service, News Servers, Usenet Access - Giganews
then download a piece of software called Grabit.
GrabIt :: Download
You have to pay for the giganews account monthly but its worth it as you download at full speed and you don't have to share it. Also you can used a Secure port to download so people won't know what your downloading.
Much much better than a torrent.
