Napoli won't sell while they're still in the CL. However, last I heard they weren't sailing too freely in the league so he might fancy proving himself abroad once the season's done. His value will certainly be high that's for sure.
I agree with vid, why leave a club you are playing week after week still in the CL in the middle of the season. For me he would wait till summer see where Napoli are and if they are not in the CL then move on.
This seasons CL puts him in the shop window for next season if he performs well, i never feel its a good idea for players to move in the january especially strikers too much pressure.

Hamsik and Cavani would be the most amazing signings for any club both are top top players and ready for the next step to a bigger club.
