For the player's sake I hope that he does not get poached by a PL club for another few years. I think that the worst thing for his development as a young player would be to have himself sidelined at a big club and not playing. This would hinder his long term development and he may be better off staying out for a few years and standing a better chance of reaching his full potential. He does not need the pressure of being over-hyped as we have all seen how bad this can be (Jermaine Jenas and Richard Wright to name two.
