I'm a postman so I walk around 10k a day, I also carry around pouches of mail weighing up to 16k
I hate the gym this time of year, I turn up to do my usually daily workout and some fat blob is using all the free weights without having a clue what to do.
Then I go to do a bit of cardio and find a load of newbies sweating away dressed in their new gym gear that will get about 2 weeks wear during the year.
So who is getting in shape this year and how are you doing it?

I am cutting all the crap out of my diet well i say all not completely as that would be silly I am doing slimming world so if you are good to can have small syns

I do 2 hours of stationary bike 3 times a week, doing it in 3 minute build ups and then as fast as you can for 40 seconds, that way you burn carbs as well as calories and fat, get the blood pumping. Also love to walk..

I know two women who've done the Slimming world diet and it had amazing effects, you've just got to stay totally dedicated because once you slip that is it.
I'd suggest giving Spinning classes a go if you're looking for quick results, 2 sessions a week can have a huge effect on your metabolism.
