Football applications for smartphones with live scores notifications

A few months ago I searched for a Windows Phone 7 application with live notifications but I found none with the European leagues I wanted.

So i developed my own application for this season. It is called Scores! 2011-12

What other applications with similar capabilities do you know?

Note: By default push notifications are disabled. Use settings page to enable it and wait for the green light. Then you can close the application.
