    Annoying internet connection

We got a new router in during the week and I've only been setup today on my laptop due to being away. For some reason it's magic for everyone else but absolute shite for me and keeps cutting out and/or being incredibly slow.

Any ideas what i can do to fix it or is it down to my laptop might not be able to process the connection as well as the old one?

It is due to the fact you support Man Utd.

    The router engineer supports Liverpool.

But that would imply that there's a Scouser out there with a job. Unlikely me thinks!

Hard wire the laptop to the router, if you have the same problem it's the router.

It's probably the wireless connection from you laptop though, all sorts of things can interfere with it.

I have the same problem with my BT router, the laptop will drop the connection for no reason whatsoever, if it's a BT router it could be because they have a habit of reassigning stuff thats connected for no reason whatsover.

Cheers, it's been good for a couple of days now. Probably needed to adjust itself.

I don't mind when my Internet goes down, I just hack into my neighbours. It's always on, no password and it's faster than mine, which I why I hack it when downloading something.
