The only problem with that is Lloyds are part owned by the public after we bailed them out, so Mr Cameron might get an itchy arse over them bailing out a football club.

Im worried if im honest and as iv mentioned on a previous post on the issue i blame dick advocat if he hadnt spent millions upon millions because he didnt want to play with Walter smiths team then it would not have snowballed to this point. We had one of the est rangers sides of all time pulled apart because dopy dick wanted to bring in all the dutch players and yes we won titles but we didnt need to spend that kind of money paid 12 mill for flo for fucks sake walter got us Gazza and laudrup for that. then we sold the bastard for 8 two years later.

I dont just blame advocat but murrey as well who should never have allowed it to happen.

I think Murray has to take the blame. Advocaat went and asked for the money and Murray could have told him to piss off. The top man carries the can.

Of course it will Haggis. Teams have been living out with their means for too long. But if some teams go to the wall they will return in some poorer form if there is a big enough support behind them.

I think so just the same as celtic would as well, you will always get the fair weather fans who worm away but i think they would have a decent fanbase still.
