Trial wont go ahead until after Euro 2012. Terry sent in a not guilty plea to send it to trial, i cant see how he can plead not guilty when it is there in black and white in hard evidence, his solicitor is very crafty here methinks, making him plead not guilty so he can play for England for what use it makes, but he will be found guilty when his trial comes up and his sentance will be harsher than what it would of been, if pleaded guilty...

LOL, i think his Dad is in Jail for selling cocaine down his local boozer & his mum was doing some community order for stealing from Sainsburys.
BBC sport says that the punishment under law for what he is charged with is only a £2500 fine like everyone else.

I can see CPS making an example of him here, he has pleaded not guilty when he is a million% guilty, instead of just pleading guilty and getting it out the way, he has fucked himself..

Personally i think the noose will be ready for him arriving i dont he has a chance either way everyone wants his head and they get it whether its right or not
