Daniel Radcliffe - a filthy rich kid

Daniel Radcliffe, the kid that plays Harry Potter, has just signed a deal to play the role of Potter for the last 2 films. Of course, the kid knows (or his agent really), that the producers are aware that he is essential. There would be no Potter without him, so they pay accordingly. The new deal is worth $50 million ($25mil per film)

I should have been a child star yes:

I honestly wouldn't like that type of money, would just make me feel guilty.

Imagine having £50 million and knowing the sort of poverty that's in the world.

Well i'd give a little bit of it to charity if I had that much. I've always wondered why the likes of Bill Gates or Richard Branson dont donate some to charity, like it will harm them.

I agree with username, i dont watch hp but if he left the films obviously wouldnt be as appealing.

Bill Gates has turned into a philanthropist now to be fair, and he's "only" going to leave £100 million to his kid.

Over 95% of Bill Gates money is going to charity when he dies, leaving the kids with a good couple of hundred million each. Branson gives alot of money into slowing down global warming etc with his own bio-fuel.

Ah well I didnt know that. I read about what Branson is doing - I read months ago he was giving millions to the person who removed over a billion tons of carbon emmision in the atmosphere (i think). Not that anyone can be bothered anyway with "global warming".
