Gillingham vs Leeds United

Finished 1-1 sadly. Leeds scored in the 28th minute and then sadly Gillingham scored in the 91st minute. But the referee was horrid...booking every Leeds player and leeds eventually finished with 9 men but good result for them and getting a draw with 9 men isn't easy

F**king useless c**t of a referee!

Kandol and Beckford get kicked off the park all game, Kandol complains about it and gets sent off!

Beckford gets put through on goal, flag goes up for offside, Beckford puts the ball in the net anyway - something that happens almost every single game in every division - and he gets booked for it which ultimately leads to him getting sent off!

These 2 bookings sum the "referee's" performance up though:

Quote:
63:21 Booking
Foul by David Graham (Gillingham) on Sebastien Carole (Leeds). Jonathan Douglas (Leeds) booked.
Quote:
66:40 Booking
Cross by Sean Clohessy (Gillingham), resulting in open play. Casper Ankergren (Leeds) booked.
Wise was sent off at half-time as well, no suprises there, but he's reporting the referee who apparently told him to f**k off!

13 fouls for Gillingham compared to our 15, yet they get 2 bookings while we get 7 yellow cards issued (if you count Beckford and Kandol as 2).

Danny McDermid is an absolute disgrace.

Leeds fans have been looking up his record, he's been involved in controversy near enough every single game he's refereed by the looks of things. Leicester vs Colchester, Bournemouth vs Northampton, Notts County vs MK Dons, Salisbury vs Exeter... the list goes on. He denied Crawley a penalty in their home game against York when a York player clearly handballed inside the area in injury time and blew for full-time instead.

8 man escort off the pitch today says it all.

On the plus side, a heroic effort from the 9 players lucky enough not to get sent off, held on for 40+ minutes against 12 men and managed to come away with a draw. Fantastic result from that point of view, we'd have rolled over and got hammered last season.

That seems very harsh, wouldn't suprise me if the league have put the ref up to this. You don't book a player who's already been booked for kicking the ball into the back of the net, thats just ****ing stupid and common sense needs to prevail which obviously didn't happen.

Decisions like this can ruin your season. There is no needs for it.

Right i'm off out now, have a good night mate

complaining to the ref is a booking- at least he had the guts to do it, applauding the ef is a booking (at least it is everywhere else, maybe in leeds its different) can't complain if the ref pulls out another yellow for that, and booting the ball away is a booking whether its first second (or if you have poll third) it's always a booking

Seems you have your head in your arse as usual. Watch the match and see for yourself how crap the ref was, applauding the ref is not a booking it's agreeing with his decision. If that would have been your side you'd have created **** too mate.

Good day Mr wednesday get a life. Sorry I haven't responded earlier, but we have just stopped celebrating our wonderful victory against a very gutsy John Sheridan inspired Oldham Athletic side.

How did sheffield sunday get on last night

How kind of you to read and respond to my comments.

The Little Oxford Dictionary states - typical a. serving as type; characteristic, distinctive.

The Collins Concise Dictionary and Thesaurus Edition gives even more meaning to the word typical - typical archetypal, average, characteristic, classic, conventional, essential, illustrative, in character, indicative, in keeping, model, orthodox, representative, standard, stock, true to type, usual.

Now Mr get a life, I am sure someone with your undoubted wit will have another scintillating comment regarding this topic.

It will probably have the same level of wit, humour and intelligence that your "moaning twats" comment had.

That particular comment was oh so funny, more to the point is was so original, must have really got your old grey matter working overtime.
