Boro coach holds Newcastle talks

bbc

Barron has been goalkeeping coach at Boro since 2001
Middlesbrough goalkeeping coach Paul Barron is in talks over a move to Premier League rivals Newcastle.
Barron joined Boro from Aston Villa, alongside coach Steve Harrison, when Steve McClaren took over as manager at the Riverside Stadium in 2001.

He has also previously coached at Coventry, QPR and West Brom.

Barron was not on duty with Boro at Sunday's 0-0 draw with Bolton - where academy coach and former Boro keeper Stephen Pears stood in for him.

what a prick
