yeah well done to the ref who spotted Eboue's obvious dive, and Senderos' obvious handball, and Kanoute being fouled in the box.

NOT

but i'll give that one to Sevilla over the 90 mins they deserved the win, even though i have a long list of excuses

It was a gamble and we were put up against a full strength Sevilla side.

We held up pretty well for the first 20 minutes but when they got that goal, we looked a bit off-key. Towards the end they had so much space it was scary.

The only positive I can take from that is how well Bendtner played. Unfortunately it wasn't meant for everyone else tonight, but I felt he could have got a goal or two.

Hes a promising player.
