This is how I think will be the table come the end of the new season which starts in just over a month.
- Chelsea
- Liverpool
- Manchester United
- Arsenal
- Everton
- Tottenham
- Portsmouth
- Middlesbrough
- Aston Villa
- Newcastle
- Manchester City
- Blackburn
- West Ham
- Bolton
- Hull
- Sunderland
- Fulham
- Stoke
- West Brom
- Wigan
Chelsea will become the fighting force that they were 4 years ago. Their new manager will demand and he will get the best work effort from his world class players. Liverpool should also have a good season I think they should finally become more consistant and will be fighting for the top spot. Manchester United will not be the team they were the season just gone, with the soon to be, loss of Ronaldo, they will not create as many chances and will not be scoring as many goals, he will be a big loss to the English game.
Arsenal will continue to get weaker and weaker, they haven’t signed anyone as of yet, there is still over a month before the season starts but things are quiet at the Emrites. Middlesbrough will be going from strength to strength, two new signings already and players who will be used to the league now such as Alves and Tuncay.
Newcastle will be finding better form now that Keegan has had more time with the team and is bringing in the payers who he wants. Not a lot of transfer news for the Toon at the moment, but surely he will be signing a few people.
I think Hull will be the suprise team this year, already signing new players and strengthening their team, they should not end up fighting for survival. Thats why I think they will finish in the middle half of the bottom 10 teams. Fulham, Stoke, West Brom and Wigan will all be fighting for their lives.
Bring on the New Season!!!

What a game this should be!! The winner going through to the next round. Germany are looking to use the Group B game with Croatia in Klagenfurt to prove that they are serious contenders for their first title since 1996. Germany have mixed memories of playing Croatia in major tournaments so this evenings game should be a good one, I for one will be watching it.
The game kicks off at 5pm BST and hopefully it will be as entertaining as the Swiss v Turks game last night which was by far the best game of the tournament.
Whatever your going enjoy the game.
Prediction: Croatia 2 - Germany 1

What a game it was yesterday and if there was anyway to go out of the competition it was yesterday. Both teams where playing end to end football, there was incidents, flooded pitch dangerous tackles and a great winning goal at the end of the game.
The match could have been called off due to the torrential rain which poured down during the first half, the ball wasn’t even rolling across the grass and the first goal was just comical, watching the player make sure it was going to go in, moving then stopping, and he nearly missed it.
Anyway Switzerland are now out of the competition, Turkey are still in it but only just, they now have three points behind Portugal who have gone through to the finals and are on level points with the Czech Republic.
The only important game left in this group is:
Turkey v Czech Republic
Whoever wins goes through to the finals. Should be a very exciting game.
