How can they possibly deny that it needs to be looked at now that its happened in a world cup this isnt just two set of club supporters these are countries that have been affected by their arrogance lets hope once blatter leave his position as president that the new guy will at least look at the idea but i wouldnt bet on iy.

It works in Ice Hockey and other sports so why can't Football just push forward into the new technology-era!

Football is a multi billion dollar industry,Decisions like those on sunday just should not happen in this era, tennis etc use it,why not football?Simply because blatter dont want it. He's only one man at fifa,and could easily be out-voted on the issue if the rest of the board had the b0l0x to vote against him.

I completely agree. Fifa must consider the use of some technology to assist the officials when they have a doubt.
Was there not talk of some kind of bionic football that would trigger sensors behind the goal-line?

some think that it would take more time for a decision.....and what about the magic of football with all its pluses and minuses
it would never take more time or gods sake we see it in a replay within seconds al they need isfor the the 4th official to watch it again on a monitor and tel the ref easy and would take seconds.
