Home devised stir fry (of a sorts)....sliced baby potatoes, mini corn on the cob, mange tout, other greens, sliced smoked sausage with soya sauce all fried then covered with grated cheese which is stuck under the grill for a few minutes. Telling ya....brilliant.....until the morras morning when I shall probably be ensconsed in the shitter.

I love it thickly sliced on a warm sandwich too.

Might go down the vegetarian side tonight.

Thinking of some Thai sweet noodles with crunchy veg.

Sounds nice. Dunno what I'm having tonight.
