I don't do carrots. They along with beetroot are not good for diabetics.

Nor are spuds for that matter.

It appears anything grown underground is bad news for me.

Was torn between going out for dinner, of having a BBQ, I lent my car to my sister to go to Cornwall for the weekend,  Our son has Mrs SA's car as his is in the workshop having a new bumper fitted, I seriously cannot believe we could be so stupid as to leave ourselves without a car between us for the weekend.

It's gonna be whatever is in the fridge/cupboard, when she eventually decides to do dinner.

My Mrs has one of these air fryers.

Uses a teaspoon of oil. Supposed to be really healthy.

I dunno I just prefer chippy chips.

In fact Fish and Chips is one of my favourite meals.

Dad's Lane chippy opposite the Highbury pub is legendary and where I get mine from.

Lard is quality.

My Mrs only ever uses lard or butter. No man made stuff.

Tonight I had a cheese and ham toastie for dinner.
