Plans for the weekend?

Recommended Posts

The wife and me were in the town for veg for soup and Tuesday's dinner plus other odds & sods and we decided to give McDonalds a visit. Chicken burger fries & hot choccy for her....big Mac, fries and a coke for me. First time for a while but I enjoyed it..........so did she as she didn't have to come home and make brekkers. Everybody won.

I just asked the Old Man if I could post on MFF in his company?

He said "sure it is a free world and besides I don't like talking to you anyway you cunt!"

It is nice to feel the love. :laughing-smiley-face:

I'm hoping for a quiet peaceful weekend coming up, the madness of the Xmas period, and the totally OTT way of Mrs SA in wanting to overfeed everybody possible, and provide them with every drink they could want is beginning to grate on me a bit, as they never want to feckin leave. Only have 2 bodies left in the house who don't reside here now. 1 being the youngest son, which i can accept, the other i don't have a feckin clue who they are, other than the fact the son befriended them.

I also seem to have inherited an old red transit van which has been on my drive for over a week, which i want gone, yet nobody seems to know where it came from or who owns it.Very strange, its a feckin pain tho.

Well the plan for a quiet peaceful weekend have gone! Got a ticket for West Ham, and a seat on the loon bus, leaving Digbeth 7am,. Sunday will be a very quiet one tho, maybe just take Mrs SA out for a carvery or similar, along with buying her something nice, begging forgiveness, from Saturday. The Blues loon bus is the best way to travel ever. Very hard to get for most who would love to travel with us older lot.

I get to call the shots this weekend due to birthday on Tuesday.

Quiet day today with Grandson, footie and horse racing on Tele.

Boozing tomorrow with old man and wife, brother, sister. Monday up Brum, more beer followed by a nice meal. Chilling on Tuesday.

Today I had a pint in The Yenton after dropping Grandson home. Not impressed.

Went into Brum and had a few at various places.

We decided on a swift couple in The Bull Ring Tavern before we went home.

I started to watch the Frampton v Warrington fight.

OMG, some fat bloke turned all the screens off and overrode them with camp channels.

They erected a little stage and well...Quite obviously thought they were on Hurst Street.

Necked my beer in double quick time and left.

Nice enough pub, It's just the cnuts that use it.

I lived near the Yenton before moving, tho i preferred to use the Wylde Green.

Not been in the BRT, since the new gaffer has taken over.

Got a family party to go to, but since I'm doing dry January I don't want to go..

The alternative is to relax the none drinking for one night and not be a miserable bastard.

Didn't you watch Rangers game there last week?

Anyhow be glad. Push, push, push.

It is a gay bar mate now.

Honest to goodness I sank my pint and left.

Here is the stage being set up.

It was criminal mate.

The thing is The BRT is a real boozers pub and you get the same old crowd in every day for years and years.

Yet a new gaffer has taken over and is forcing their agenda on these regulars. Not right in my book. Force fed it them until they accept it I guess.
