Plans for the weekend?

Recommended Posts

I started the day with my Grandson. Had breakfast with him.

Dropped him off at his other Nan's mid morning.

This afternoon was the pictures in Brum to see BohemianRhapsody. Awesome film. The guy who played Freddie Mercury was phenomenal.

Then a nice steak meal at Miller & Carter in The Mailbox.

Watching the NFL now with a bottle of red.

Showered, dog walked, breakfast done, now it's off to Brum for the Blues. 2-1 win for us me thinks. lolley is nailed on to score against us the DVB. He is also the ugliest footballer ever,he makes Luke Chadwick look like David beckham.

Grandson overnight. Watching the footy on TV then later the boxing.

Drop him at his other grandma's in morning then a monthly shop at Costco, fill the Mokka up there too as it is cheap.

Nice Sunday dinner and then gonna watch Superbowl with snacks and wine.

I'd love to be able to stay up and watch it but absolutely no chance.

I've never done a marathon or half marathon, the most i've ran is 10k and managed that in 48 mins, that was a few good years ago though. I'm losing weight again now and the missus wants to start running as she's all into her healthy eating and gyming. 21km is a half marathon so 1:58 is a good time.

Ran the East London half marathon today, my first ever half, which is a part of my training plan for the Brighton full marathon in April. Managed to break sub 2 hours and got round in 1.58, which was pretty good considering the conditions. Fuck me was it cold.

Bravo. Top man!

I used to do huge bike rides. 70 miles in a day was my best. I chunked it down into sections and never thought too far ahead. The heat was my problem being over 90 degrees, but that won't be a problem in England.

Eat and hydrate mucker!
