Anyone do it on here?

I like to stick to tracks, not one for difficult rides through woods, I'd probably kill myself, he's the ride I done yesterday!

I do enjoy it, I like going up hills too, getting fucked as I know its good for me, yesterday I went down which was a mud pit for about a mile, nearly came off a few times but very enjoyable especially the downward parts. Going to up the mountain biking when the clocks forward!! And loads in the summer. I'm finding it really easy losing weight at the moment since i've stopped drinkng the VODKA! Did you know this:

With 7 calories per gram, the number of calories in alcohol is second only after fat (9 cals/g). When looking at the calories in vodka, it has a typical alcohol content of 40%. So for a 25ml (single) measure, you're looking at around 55 calories, or, 110 calories for a double.

Decided to stay dry this month too, i'm just loving it, if I was drinking at home now i'd be tyred, would be getting double vision and the worst part, feeling like shit in the morning!!!

I'm not riding today as its windy and its going to piss down. I'm more of a fair weather rider. It absolutely spoils the ride if its dull, windy and pissing down. The next day when the weather is fine, I'm going to ride around Gainsborough woods and onto the moors. I can't wait for the summer, love riding when its hot. Will be riding a lot in Italy when I drive over there on holiday in August.

I have putting the miles in lately.

I'm as fit as a butcher's dog.

I've not done anything. My crank keeps coming loose, think I need a new one. Have to tighten it up every mile or so otherwise it falls off. I've tried thread lock on it but that does not stop it coming loose.

I'll have to buy a new one for summer and service my bike.

Unusual. I have only had that happen once. Is it the same side each time?

Looks nice mate.

My bikes off road at the moment as the crank keeps falling off, well the left crank arm. Going to but some Loctite 271 which should hopefully fix it. Probably need a new assembly but I'm trying the Loctite first, I know you need heat of up tp 300 degrees to remove it, but I'm not confident of it working and keeping the arm on!

I'm not sure, I'm not all about this.

In the image below, every so many miles of cycling I have to tighten the allen bolt which bolts onto the bottom bracket I think, which has two bearings but which is also attached to the crank.

My crank looks like the one on the left, with the crank attached to the shaft. And my left pedal arm, the non-drive side, keeps coming away from that shaft.

Image result for FSA Comet 368

This youtube video is similar to my crank.See how the pedal arm is attached, that's what keeps coming loose, and sometimes falling off.

Wife just picked up her new electric bike. I couldn't compete on the hills. Really good. Uses smart technology so motor only kicks in through front wheel when u need it to.
