Dunno about anyone else but in the last few years, I've loved nothing more than a daily nap around 5pm-6pm. Doesn't matter what I'm doing or where I'm sat, once it gets to around 5pm I'm shattered and needing my daily nap. I actually now consider my daily nap as part of my day, anyone else enjoys a good old nap?

I don't do napping really, some say it's better than an 8-hour sleep ha. 

I just stay awake all day then sleep at night, if I napped during the day I'd probably not sleep that good during the night.

In fairness, I still get to sleep at 11pm. I tend to have between 30-60 minutes sleep during the nap and one thing I have noted is some pretty vivid dreams as you tend to remember them through such a short sleep. 

I then go out for a run or to the gym, followed by complete relaxation during the evening. It works for me anyway.
