Salads NO DRESSING!

Had a few people in today getting different kinds of salads but they requested no dressing or sauces??

I'm sorry but what?? Basically eating a dry bowl of leafs!

Dressing gives the salad texture!

Honey mustard or Caesars sauce for me.

Sweet chilli works on halloumi and chorizo salad as well.

Its also like when people ask for no sauce on their burger or sandwich!

Sweet chilli works wonderful with halloumi

My burger needs, red sauce, mayo and sweetcorn relish

I make my own burger relish which is mayonnaise, tomato sauce, smokey paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper!

Absolutely delicious!!

I might have to try this, we made our own burgers last Friday and they were very nice! I do love cooking!

I like a bit of salad, especially in the warmer weather, tho what kind of dressing/sauce i have depends on what i have with it, Tuna pasta etc. I generally view salad as a side dish, not as a main. I have chilli sauce with most thing's tho.Must be a Birmingham thing.

Says on there BBQ sc whats that??, tho the melted cheese would take away all the dryness, remember we are not all the same, some people have red sauce with bacon FFS!

Even worse than that, we have people? who support cmeltic and villa.

Have you read any of Gordon Ramsay's books??

Ive read quite a few cookery books mate, not so much the cooking side of things as I watch a lot of cookery programmes. More their autobiography :)

It's the autobiographies i'm talking about. I am currently reading playing with fire. Have to say, I got a lot of respect for the man.

Ah right then yeah ive read a couple, most people dont rate him but for me he's one of the best chefs in the world! Made over 40m last year but when your a chef and have passion for food, its not about the money.

He does a lot of places and helps out!
