Hope you all go out an vote, no point not voting. Surely one party has your best interests in their manifesto. Even if they lie about everything  let's play their game and just vote pretending that they will fulfill their promises.

Or maybe don't vote haha

I think a lot of people are voting for labour.

Clocked in at 7.30am, was the only one there. Are there usually 'tellers' outside asking for your polling number? Thought it was a bit strange

Fair enough. But in that case why would they be there so early and not just turn up at like 9.30pm?

They must do it all day to get a more accurate result. I've never voted in person, I always do it via postal vote.

I always thought exit polls were for voting intentions, but you're probably right that it's also for turnout

Well the exit posts are announced at 10pm so they give a very accurate picture of who is likely to win and by how many seats.

Its still not 100%.

A hung Parliament is a complete disaster for May.

Quite hilarious when you think people were predicting a huge majority back when the election was called. She was arrogant and thought she could just sit back, have a cuppa tea and win

Oh well, this can't be good for anyone. She's not handled this well at all. I wonder what will happen now then. Will she resigned or not?

I was looking forward to not that much more politics in the news as I was starting to get bored but looks like that's all we'll be hearing about now.

Arhhhh.

Hopefully she'll be gone by the end of the day. No matter what people believe, she wasn't good for anyone, not even Hard Brexiters.

So proud of my demographic today for actually showing up and giving ourselves hope for the future. Also my constituency turned Red for the first time ever! By 2,000 votes but still, huge win

She should resign.

She gambled and lost.
