For my personal opinion i enjoy most of my steaks medium depending on the cut of it.

Rump : MEDIUM (quite a cheap cut and can get abit stringy)

Sirloin : MEDIUM (usually very thin and could be quite chewy if not cooked long enough).

Fillet : MEDIUM/RARE (quite an expensive cut and needs handled with care).

Anyway i wont bore you with the rest of the steaks. Below is a picture if a sirloin, so called cooked MEDIUM .... its safe too say i never ate neither paid for it.

I love my steaks medium/rare, having another one this weekend with the missus. Fillet is amazing and that's what I'm getting, going to have some Slimming world chips with it which are actually very nice, then veg and some fried mushrooms. CANT WAIT!!!

Not a huge steak fan myself, but if I do then it is medium/well done.

Mushrooms are ace.

I wouldn't go that far.

Just finished my steak, was lovely. Had it medium, should have cooked it raw like my missuses was. Had mushrooms & spinage, broccoli, green beans and some roasted baby plum tomatoes.

Yeah you can do alot more dishes with chicken but there's a few good recipes for steaks aswell.

My personal favourite is definitely beef Wellington.
