Can anybody confirm whether you are allowed to take a smaller cabin bag as well as the normal 10kg one these days? I’m sure I read that they had recently stopped it.

Not that what they say and what they do on the day are the same thing, I know. Hate them with a passion, but needs must. I have booked flights for the whole family to Faro for Xmas.

If only Monarch hadn't gone into administration.

Can you not find anything on their website.

I'd probably say no! Or yes if you pay them.

Ryanair Hand Baggage. Passengers may take one main item of hand luggage into the cabin. This item must not be more than 55cm x 40cm x 20cm in size and 10kg in weight. You may also take a smaller item, such as a handbag or laptop, no larger than 35cm x 20cm x 20cm.

So i'd say yeah your allowed :)

Yeah my Mrs always takes her handbag and cabin bag. It is ok.

Fcuking hate this airline. I buy no shitty lottery tickets, food or drink on board.

Sometimes they are the only option but I try to avoid them. Aer Fungus are as bad too!

Air Lingus are really good. Just won the customer satisfaction award again too.
