Dan Gurney, one of the greatest Formula 1 drivers of the 1960s and a towering figure in motorsport, has died aged 86.

Fook me they are all kicking bucket today!

I didn't know her by name, but everyone knows her voice from the Cranberries.

Jimmy Armfield.

Blackpool and England right back , 82.

Proper’ footballing man Jimmy Armfield. Before my time but by all accounts was an excellent player. He was in the 66 squad. Blackpool had a very good side when he was there. Not sure if the likes of Burnley and Blackpool will ever again be able to compete consistently at the level they did then. 

Loved him on the radio, his passsion for the game shone through without having to scream it out.
