According to some it was. Mostly lefty loony negan types.

As long as there .is an £80 billion deficit in our import/export to the EU, they really shouldn't be given that much leeway in trade talks. Germany and France are a bit twitchy about it. Our leaders should just be a bit stronger, and tell them to fuck off, every now and again

The remoaners were just talking shite.

All the companies are going to leave the UK, we'll have no workforces in the NHS. Basically, where not going to get rid of the nurses and doctors, they have jobs and are paying taxes. Companies dealing with the UK, if they are making money then they're not going to suddenly move and not trade with us, that would be bad for them, they would lose money. We were always going to come out on top when we started Brexit talks. We will be stronger than ever once we finally leave. We will still trade with the EU and we'll still have free roaming on mobile haha.
