So this is the final.

To be played on Saturday 19th May at 17:30.

I can only see a United win here.

There is an uproar at the moment about the ticket prices for the final as some fans will be charged up to £145 for a ticket. To be honest, if you can pay that your an idot, or have more money than sense. But at the end of the day its supply and demand, if people will pay it, they wil charge it.

FA Cup final ticket prices

Category A - £145 (was £80 for semi-finals)

Category B - £115 (£65 for semi-finals)

Category C - £80 (£45 for semi-finals)

Category D - £45 (£30 for semi-finals)

Chelsea are a very capable side.

I just don't think they are better than united at the moment.

They are currently 11 points behind United in the League so they're definitely the under dogs in this one.

Chelsea have not performed to their usual standard in the league for sure, but they are every bit as good as Utd in a cup final.

Well put some money on them to win then :brian-dancing-banana-smiley-emoticon:

I still think United will win it. I'm not betting though as I don't bet anymore!

Won't be betting on this game but fancy a Utd win. As for the ticket prices....scandalous. Like most things connected with football nowadays....greed will always rise to the top when it comes hard cash.

I'm a betting averages man, we've won our last three finals, Chelsea are 100% going to up their game from their league form.

Dunno why but I have a bad feeling.

There was a time I'd have cleared the schedules to watch the game and the build up, starting with Cup Final It's A Knockout in the morning. But no longer. A devalued competition thanks to the FA, and I couldn't care less who wins this afternoon; nothing to do with me. The fact that our local pub will be packed with yokels and braying hooray henrys wearing carefully ironed football shirts of teams from places they've hardly ever been to and probably couldn't find on a map sums up the modern game.
