Why is it that ........

Recommended Posts

Dad's in movies can never ever turn up for their kid's big night or big game.

It's such a played out opening that it has become annoying!

Then it's always followed by a disaster and a funeral in the rain with someone reciting psalm 23.

What about every love story, they are always leaving town to the point they are either leaving by train or plane or bus!!

Only for the man to rush as fast as he can to stop whatever mode of transport they are leaving on!

You obviously haven't seen the Freddie Mercury film.

I wouldn't class a film about one individuals life, to be in the context of what we are talking about in this thread really. Tho i did see Freddie at Wembley live aid in 85, which imo is the best performance by anybody ever.(Alice Cooper may run him close tho)  Iv'e seen the Stones. Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Who, Quo,Metallica, etc, etc. dunno what it is, Freddie has to be the best front man ever IMO, run closely by Plant, Tyler, and Daltrey.
