Football quiz questions

Recommended Posts

Seeing Hairy didn't do one before, ahem...retiring for the evening I shall post another question.

Which British team defeated Barcelona both home and away in a 1966/67 European Cup competition (the Fairs Cup) and also reached the semi-final of the 1984 European Cup? The answer is quite surprising but I did know this one.

So if it is obvious one can assume I didn't cheat? :facepalm-hand-gesture-smiley-emoticon:

no need for that mate. What was said the other day was, I hoped, over and done with.

Anyway....it's right so you stick a question up.

You did cheat the others day, everyone knows it.

I've told you I put the same question to Redcafe, and of the whole forum nobody got it correct for a 24 hour period.

You got it right first guess, no way on this planet would you have got Fernandinho.

The derby question was obvious, hence you didn't need to cheat.

The whole point of this thread was a mistake because idiots like you can't be trusted. You've had about 30 different identities and have been the most dishonest and strange person I've ever come across online. I wouldn't trust you about anything you say.

Let's just leave it mate. Both you & Locke have had your say. I'm not wanting this to get out of hand. I'd appreciate it.

Well said Harold and to be fair my knowledge of football is very good.

I'm not taking sides here just to be clear. I also posted this for you...

'no need for that mate. What was said the other day was, I hoped, over and done with.'

It wasn't an admonishment for Red Devil, merely a request as was what I said to yourself. I simply don't want the situation to grow arms and legs.

Now, that being that....seeing your knowledge is good....get a friggin' question up!......

I couldn't agree more mate. I am glad to see that tempers have been kept in check and common sense has prevailed.

Which English league sides are the furthest north, east, south and west?

Long history proving you right beyond any bounds for argument.

So good that you said the name of the LEGENDARY scoreboard at Blues, was named after a WBA player, seriously FFS.

This is allegedly your club.

Answer the question Baldrick.
