Yes he looked down as he did it. Looked like he intentionally did that.

Exactly that! It’s easily avoidable, could have planted his leg either side of his face or not planted it at all. Horrible chunt who has previous,

If one of our lot did that to greasy there would be uproar.

If you watch the video, he has to pull his leg back from making a full stride in order to stamp on the bloke's face. He could have blinded him DVB.

I would describe that as assault in the work place.

He isn't going to be dismissed as footballers are above that, but he should face charges for it.

Personally I think he should go to prison for it.

Do you think he should go to prison mate?

If he was found guilty before a jury and got sentenced yeah. No way should he get away with it tho. He got a 5 game ban for his stamp on Ibra, tho he only managed to harm Ibra's man bun. Second offence should be at least double, maybe even sine die. He has played only around 10 games in the last 5 years too. That's a pretty bad percentage of stamping.

EDIT- 7 games in 3 seasons he's played.

He’s a time wasting little shit!

No doubt another one of these average Joe who will make it into the media due to his accent and way of words :allo-unamused:

Heard the name but know nowt about the guy. It certainly 'looked' deliberate (well, both of these instances). Who does he play for anyway ? Can retrospective action be taken for this weekend's incident ?

He plays for Aston Villa.

And with a name like Mings then so he should!

Guest Red Devil

Did the same to Ibra as others have pointed out.

Pure scum and should get a lengthy ban. He must look at that lad and feel ashamed that he's got to go home to his kids with those injuries.

This was posted on a villa forum.

If he was playing for Blues, Boggies, Dingles etc, I would be screaming at the FA to ban him forever etc etc.

Do you know what, intentional or not, f*** it, he's villa. We havent had anyone in our squad who is as hard as **** for years. If he helps our cause I don't really care.Sorry in advance to any snowflakes out there!.

Being hard is stomping on someone's face when they are on the floor just about sums them up in that sentence. cowards.

You put mings' child or his mom in the same position as Oliviera, and i guarantee you he doesnt stamp on them.

You look at Villa forums?

I took that quote from a Reading forum. Your quote should also have read, Do you look at villa forums? Rather than stating that i do, then adding a question mark.

As for your view on closing thread, well maybe there are some people who still might want to add their thoughts.

Apparently  the ref "saw it" if so he'd have seen it was a head injury, so why didn't he stop the game?

If he did see it I was of the opinion that it was an automatic stop of play.

Exactly that, so either way the ref did the wrong thing. He has a lot of questions to answer.
