Fans on roofs

Seen this on football ground guide website. In the old days when health and safety was not an issue fans could take their chance and sit on top of a roof, here’s a pic from Colchester v Bradford in the FA Cup in 1948

Hahaha love looking at old photos like this. You'd probably be arrested these days. But the risk of death is pretty high lol

Only roof i ever been on was at Shrewsbury Towns old Gay meadow ground. I doubt many would be able to get up to the roof, with the height of modern stadia. 

Another reason to hate modern football i reckon. Were Birmingham City, we'll stand on your roof, they think nah you won't.
