Positive discrimination.....no time for it. Imo any candidate of any colour should be rewarded on their merit....not their colour.

Probably pay someone to be "interviewed"

I would want the best possible candidate managing my club based on their experience and knowledge

Skills and experience have no colour.

I think candidates who fail to get a job but meets all of the criteria and relevant qualifications should be allowed to challenge the EFL for feedback if a candidate with less skills, experience, qualifications gets the job based on skin colour.

There are occasions when that matters not a jot mate.....I've read numerous articles on this over the years (not football I may add) where skin colour has taken precedence.
