FFS everything to do with heavy rain is now prefixed biblical. It's like a new buzz word. The rain in Yorkshire wasn't biblical, it was not even that heavy, it was just persistent.

Rant over.

It was biblical up here through the week mate....I saw an Ark going along the canal!

In Greenock we used to say, "If you can see Helensburgh it's going to rain. If you can't, it's raining."
Sometimes we couldn't see Helensburgh for forty days and forty nights.

Absolutely fucking it down and freezing in Brum.

Gonna stick heating on and chill with my loved ones.

Outdoor activities will be a washout.

It's bright, dry but freezing up here. We've got friends from France driving over today. They're currently round about Cambridge so no doubt they'll hit some shitty weather coming north.
