Help with Windows

We often see questions or requests for assistance with Windows.
Anyone who has contacted an online support group will know that it is sometimes difficult to get the correct details across to the agent.
Official Windows agents will often suggest using Remote Desktop to allow them to run diagnostics on your PC.
While this is perfectly safe, it can be costly.
There are groups of computer users who make use of an app called Team Viewer which allows them to interact with each others PCs to assist in solving problems and to spread knowledge. This is obviously an honour system.
I have a depth of experience which I am happy to share with fellow members, and where possible to do this via posts or private messages.
However, as I explained above, this is not always effective.

So, if anyone is in need of assistance that cannot be rendered via posts or PMs and is happy to allow me link to their PC me know.
With Team Viewer you can see exactly what the other party is doing.
